- W.J. O’Neil was the mechanical contractor for all the HVAC and plumbing. We installed 38 air-handling units and exhaust fans. The plumbing included all new facilities for 105 public restrooms and 132 suites. The 22-month project was completed on time, and all the plumbing and sheet metal work was fabricated in our Livonia fab shop.

Comerica Park Detroit, MI Stadium Case Study
- Project Details:
- W.J. O’Neil was the mechanical contractor for the plumbing system and held the subcontracts for the sheet metal, temperature controls, and insulation. The six-month project also included the plumbing for the concessions and all the kitchens. The toilet rooms were fabricated in our Livonia fab shop. We completed the project ahead of schedule.
