- W.J. O’Neil was the prime mechanical contractor on the new six-story building. We installed 180,000 linear feet of piping and were responsible for the plumbing, sheet metal, temperature control, HVAC, high-pressure steam work and equipment installations. We ran copper pipe to all the Operating Rooms for medical gases including oxygen, nitrogen, and waste anesthesia. We completed our work on time despite numerous project challenges.
