- W.J. O’Neil was the mechanical contractor for the expansion of the hotel/casino. We were responsible for all the plumbing, HVAC and temperature control work in the 17-story building. All the fabricating, including the toilet battery assemblies, was done in our fab shop in Livonia. Our workers had to pass strict jobsite security and extensive background checks to meet federal gaming regulations.
