Motor City Casino
In 2007, an extensive expansion helped the Motor City Casino Hotel become one of the select few AAA Four Diamond hotels in the city.
W.J. O’Neil was chosen as the mechanical contractor for the expansion of the 400-room, 33-suite hotel/casino. We were responsible for all the plumbing, HVAC and temperature control work in the 17-story building. To work on the project, our workers had to pass strict jobsite security and extensive background checks to meet federal gaming regulations. All the fabricating for the project, including the toilet battery assemblies, were fabricated in our fab shop in Livonia. Everything was delivered on time to the job site.
Motor City Casino Hotel is a fusion of art, luxury and technology, and the design input of renowned automotive designer Chip Foose contributed to the casino-hotel's new unique exterior and interior look.
