W.J. O'Neil provides: Preventive Maintenance Programs, design and implementation on entire HVAC systems; building automation and control systems; and design/build services
providing complete systems design, modernization, or replacement, including retrofit of new installations. The W.J. O'Neil Company also offers Facilities Management to entire
plants and buildings for general operations and management of office buildings. W.J. O'Neil Company has a 7 day/24 hour service fleet of factory trained and certified technicians
to service HVAC, plumbing, boilers, burners, refrigeration, controls and industrial air houses. W.J. O'Neil also performs warranty service work for new installations.

Preventive Maintenance Program, Design and Implementation
W.J. O'Neil's service department offers a range of preventive maintenance agreements for every customer's needs. The inspections will follow a complete and detailed report
listing additional service recommendations (if any) required, and any necessary repairs needed. Having a planned maintenance agreement is extremely advantageous and includes the
following benefits:
Reduces the risk of equipment failure. Reduces energy costs and minimizes energy consumption.
Increases life expectancy of your equipment
Insures peace of mind that equipment is being maintained properly while helping to provide a safe, non-hazardous working environment
W.J. O'Neil Company has one of the largest service fleets in Southeastern Michigan. This department is one of the cornerstones of pride within our company. The department has service
technicians capable of servicing and installing almost any HVAC, plumbing process, boiler, or control system a customer may need. Our preventive maintenance programs can be individually
tailored and can be performed weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi annually or annually to meet your specific needs.
Our customers will be given inspection reports with recommendations for any necessary repairs or replacements on the equipment inspected. These reports will indicate any and all handling
of refrigerants in compliance with EPA standards and regulations.
At W.J. O'Neil, we are licensed to perform CSD-1 boiler inspections on steam and hydronic boilers. We are also qualified to perform combustion analysis on boilers fueled by either gas
or oil.
